Hoshang Patel Technical Centre (HPTC) is proud to announce the successful installation of a 5 kW Solar Water Pump System at Ravi Narayana Reddy Colony near Abdullahpurmet, Kuntluru Village, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana.
The colony is home to nearly 8,000 migrant workers and their families who have been residing in the area for the past four years. Despite their efforts to establish a community, access to basic infrastructure such as electricity and reliable water supply remains a challenge.
As part of its commitment to sustainable development and community welfare, HPTC has undertaken this solar-powered water pumping initiative to provide a dependable and environmentally friendly water source for the residents. The project aims to improve daily living conditions while demonstrating the potential of renewable energy solutions in underserved communities.
Prior to this installation, solar street lights, mini lights, and Accendo lights were provided in the colony, enhancing safety and security during nighttime. The new solar water pump further strengthens the community’s access to essential services and supports a better quality of life.
HPTC remains dedicated to promoting clean energy, skill development, and social impact through innovative and sustainable projects. We believe that access to energy and water is fundamental to community empowerment and long-term development.
We welcome collaboration from CSR partners, donors, NGOs, and well-wishers who wish to support similar initiatives and help address the ongoing needs of underserved communities.
Together, we can create sustainable solutions that bring light, water, dignity, and opportunity to those who need it most.
