The main facilities and production unit in located in Gharda Institute of Technology, Lavale in 7500 SFT building in two levels.
at present the following facilities are available:

Power Backup
Centre has installed around 10kw of solar panels on the roof of the workshop, able to use two 4kw solar inverters with back up batteries and able to power all the machines, tools, lights and others in the workshop and office area except the main laminator machine which is high power consuming.
Production Facility
The Hoshang centre has a capacity of 5mw solar panel production an year with 2 shifts activity. However that capacity relates to production of higher capacity solar panels in a mechanized way organized in 2 shifts. As per demand and orders the production is less and optimal.
Hoshang Centre’s production so far has been mainly for the consumption of solar street lights of 40 watt, 80 watt and 100 watt capacity. It will produce large panels as required for net metering power products for Gharda hospital and GIT in the 2022-23
The centre to maintain production continuity has got 2 lines of production for electronics assembly – PCB populating, fixing, testing and others. The centre has several desks/demonstration areas where children can learn about the energy, consumption, conservation and many more.
Random production of PCBs, small pocket lights and study lights has been done regularly by own staff, students and visiting students.
